The OSCE Secretariat in Vienna has regular requirements for translation services from English into Russian and vice versa as well as editing and proofreading of English and/or Russian texts. Often these assignments come up on short notice. The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor who shall provide cost effective and quality translations on an as-required basis.
