The overall scope of this tender is to establish Local Window Contract(s) with one or several Service Providers for provision of high quality professional passenger transportation services for the needs of OSCE in in the territory of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan and, partially, in the territory of Kazakhstan (Bishkek – Almaty).
