Summary of Requirements

Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights is seeking a Travel Management Company that will provide timely, modern, efficient and cost effective travel services to ODIHR Office. This will include the delivery of travel services to the Election Observation Activities (EOA), established in any of the 57 participating States. In 2018, ODIHR had a total cost of approximately €1,480,000 processing up to 4,000 air tickets. On average, ODIHR purchases between 300 and 400 train tickets annually, and contracts up to 50 car rentals annually (depending on EOA schedules).
