OSCE’s Transnational Threats Department/Strategic Police Matters Unit is currently implementing a three-year project on combating gender-based violence (hereinafter, GBV) in South-Eastern Europe. The project needs to be supported in its strategic communication and means of communicating. The service provider will provide comprehensive public relations support to the project and its team, by developing an effective communication strategy including visuals and promotional material.
