Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan is seeking for qualified and eligible companies for purchase of musical instruments for special closed schools for girls. Invited companies are invited to request bidding documents.

Requirements:

LOT 1 - Uzbek National musical instruments (Doira, Rubob, Dutor, G’ijjak, Chang, Nay)

LOT 2 - Musical instruments (Violin (Skripka), Synthesizer)

Note to Supplier:

  • The companies should provide prices including freight, CIP Tashkent (as a separate line). For local suppliers – door-to-door delivery should be provided.
  • Please provide certification information and service warrantee letter of the product.
  • Bidder should as part of the quotation include a photograph or a technical drawing of the items covered by the quotation as well as certification information and service warrantee letter of the product.
