The OSCE Prague Office currently uses two production copy machines to produce print materials in support of the OSCE research and documentation centre and also for quarterly mailing of the OSCE magazine and other key documents. The copy machines are also extensively used for scanning OSCE historical documents in black and white. The objective of this tender is to select a qualified Contractor, who shall provide cost effective and quality copy machines on a rental basis.
