Request for Proposal in engaging a Local Implementing Partner to Collect Data and Conduct Research Feeding the Development of a Comprehensive Corruption Risk Assessment in two Public Procurement Sectors in Albania
The drafting of the corruption risk assessment methodology and final report will be carried out by an International Contractor. The local IP will support the research process by collecting and processing/analyzing in a readable format public procurement related data; conducting the desk review on the procurement policy, legal and institutional framework in Albania; and implementing field work activities through interviews and focus groups. The IP will also support the OSCE in organizing a tailor-made training with Albanian CSOs and journalists on the methodology of the Corruption Risk Assessment and a final national conference.
