The Information and Communications Technology Services (ICTS) of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) located in Vienna, Austria is looking for a Company that has knowledge and experience in the area of Server and Infrastructure Operations Support Services.
Service Requirements
The required services have been broken down into 6 service divisions that group related areas of responsibility together into logical components to be supported. The Contractor's personnel will be required to provide expertise to the ICTS staff for each service division and to assist in the full applications and equipment lifecycle from recommending products and standards, to implementing new capabilities and supporting the production services.
Each service division has a minimum package of deliverables which are expected to either take place in a recurring mode and proactively with a fixed monthly rate or on an as-required basis with a pool hour rate.
The Contractor would be required to assist during business hours, maintenance windows and optionally on request to cover critical 24 hours and weekend requirements, i.e. during elections or any other business critical event in the OSCE countries of operations.
The OSCE ICTS will retain responsibility for overall IT strategy, product selection, management and the delivery of business applications.
The following list provides an overview of the service divisions as they are grouped in the OSCE:
1. Tape Backup Operation and Maintenance (HPE Data Protector);
2. Storage Area Network Operation and Maintenance (HPE SAN);
3. Central Storage System Operation and Maintenance (3PAR);
4. Linux Server Operation and Maintenance (RHEL) – Backup for OSCE Administrators;
5. Oracle Databases Operation and Maintenance - Backup for OSCE Administrators;
6. Network and WiFi Operation and Maintenance (HPE Switches and WiFi).
Certifications
The Contractor shall be Gold or Platinum partner in the HPE Partner Ready Program having employed Accredited Technical Professionals Accredited Solutions Experts (ATP or ASE). The Contractor staff shall be certified on the platform and software used.
