Supply and Delivery of Chemical Odor/Drug Imitators of narcotic substances for cynological service to the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe.
Within the framework of the Joint Plan of Action between the OSCE POiD and the Drugs Control Agency under the President of the RT (DCA), the Office will support the purchase of Chemical Odor/Drug Imitators of narcotic substances for further donation to Cynological service of DCA. These items will help Cynological Centre to identify different types of drugs and support DCA in its work to prevent drug trafficking within and out of Tajikistan
