The OSCE is to procure a training system to the beneficiary for de-miners, which would allow the de-mining instructors to simulate real-life situations the de-miners face in the field. Such a training system would consist of a controlling unit/s and a set of training mines, including (1) anti-personnel blast mines, (2) trip wired mines and (3) improvised explosive device (IED) type of mine.
