The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine is seeking offers from eligible and qualified companies for supply and delivery of equipment for service dogs (K9): harnesses with dog-lead ensuring better control over service dog, developing its strength, endurance and service qualities (LOT I) and GPS tracking systems to control work of service dog / K9 team remotely over a long distance including online training on the use and maintenance of the equipment (LOT II). Interested companies are invited to request bidding documents.
