The OSCE Centre in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, wishes to purchase dual-purpose motorcycles. The motorcycles will be used mainly off-road, on desert/steppe and mountainous terrain, on dusty, non-paved roads and tracks and will be exposed to excessive heat due to Turkmenistan’s steppe/desert and alpine/ highland climate. In the summer months, temperature can reach 40-45 Celsius without rain.
