In order to improve the overall quality of sampling, the OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) foresees procurement of sets of sampling materials to complement the existing potential of State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) response units.
Sampling equipment shall be used for collecting samples of hazardous substances on the emergency site. The set of sampling equipment and materials shall consist of:
Kitting of the materials and delivery of goods in completed sets is required.
All the equipment shall be provided according to the technical specifications and requirements. Evaluation will be made for the complete set of equipment.
