The OSCE Secretariat invites Bids from eligible, and qualified companies for the supply and delivery of steel pipes to Nikosi, North of Gori, Georgia, according to the requirements as defined in the bidding documents. The tender is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1: - 3000 m of 1220 mm steel pipelines
Lot 2: - 1900 m of 426 mm steel pipelines

The OSCE reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, and to annul, in whole or in part, or to suspend the bidding process and reject all Bids at any time and without reason prior to award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
