OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine is aiming to set a contract(s) with reliable suppliers of tires able to meet the set requirements and handle the SMM’s annual volumes of requested tires. Supplier must be able to perform the partial deliveries upon request, as well as deliveries to SMM regional offices all over Ukraine. Required tire size - 245/75 R17, Load index - 121/118 or higher. Dedicated winter tire. Interested bidders are invited to request bidding documents.
