The OSCE SMM is seeking to contract a supplier for purchase of T-Walls for the protection of Mission’s leased premises in eastern regions of Ukraine. The technical requirements are specified in Annex C – “Terms of Reference and Technical Specification”. The full range of services (production, delivery and installation) is requested. The orders will be placed on the “when actually needed” basis.
