OSCE Secretariat ICT Department is seeking an enterprise architecture tool to address the following objectives:

• Gain a clear understanding of the business strategy and priorities
• Help identify which initiatives and projects to focus on
• Help establish clear linkage between business and IT strategy
• Provide a way to find opportunities for IT innovation
• Have a central repository for the IT architecture
• Support the ICT product design process through repository of templates, standards and existing architecture models and documentation
