OSCE Centre in Bishkek is searching for a provider of complex services for mobile communication. Priority services are voice communication in Kyrgyzstan and in roaming, GPRS/EDGE data services both in Kyrgyzstan and roaming.
It is envisaged that the corporate mobile connection of OSCE Centre in Bishkek staff shall cover up to 250 SIM-cards. The mobile voice and data services must cover Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia, Russian Federation, Caucasus regions, Europe, USA and those geographical areas where the OSCE has its operations.
