Summary of Requirements

The OSCE intends to upgrade to Oracle Release 12 and wishes to engage an external consulting company to:

  1. Provide guidance and quality assurance related to the solution architecture, including hardware sizing.
  2. Provide guidance and quality assurance related to the licensing.
  3. Perform platform migration and upgrade of the database 11g.
  4. Perform upgrade of Oracle EBS to R12 in multiple Oracle instances, as specified in more detail below.
  5. Upgrade and adjust the customizations to ensure they work in the upgraded environment.
  6. Upgrade and adjust the custom reports to ensure they work in the upgraded environment.
  7. Resolve all known and unknown issues caused by the upgrade, possibly prior to the upgrade (e.g. AP health checks) or during the upgrade project.
